We do not accept insurance, but are considered out-of-network providers for most insurance companies. If you are interested in seeking reimbursement for therapy from your insurance provider we can provide a monthly statement ("superbill") to submit as an out-of-network claim. We have also partnered with Mentaya to help clients use their out-of-network benefits to save money on therapy. You can use this Benefits Checker to see if you qualify for reimbursement for our services.
You can also call your insurance provider and ask the following questions:Does my health insurance plan include out-of-network mental health benefits?
Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?

Working with someone outside of your insurance plan allows you to choose your provider and find the right match. Insurance companies don’t do a matching process. Also, insurance requires you to have a mental health diagnosis to prove medical necessity for coverage.

We are licensed in California and can only provide therapy services to California residents.
We offer in-person sessions at our office located at 627 North Larchmont Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90004, and we also offer virtual sessions if that is your preferred method of meeting. If you'd like to try a "hybrid" format with some in-person and some virtual sessions that is totally possible as well.

Every person, relationship, and situation is different - which makes this question difficult to answer in the beginning. We encourage you to reach out for a free 15-minute consultation and we can discuss your specific needs and goals. We have seen clients and couples feel better in as little as one session, and our goal is always to get you to a place where you do not "need" us anymore.

We are here to answer them! Please book a free consultation call to start the conversation, or email us at charlotte@knownfullytherapy.com and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call (800) 985-3059.
